Dr. Pagani is currently the Senior Vice President of Companion Animal Practices, North America (CAPNA). CAPNA is a national group of veterinary practices committed to maintaining the highest standards of expertise and dedication in delivering medical care to patients and the best education and service to clients.

Dr. Pagani is member and a past Treasurer and President of the Jersey Shore Veterinary Medical Association (JSVMA). He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association (NJVMA). Dr. Pagani has two daughters and two grandchildren that he tries to visit often. Over the years, the family residence has been home to a large number of dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets. But right now his cat, Mezcal, rules the roost. Mezcal, was adopted after being rescued by Feline Friends and brought to OCVH for treatment in 2010. Dr. Pagani’s leisure interests include travel, camping and other outdoor activities. (Mezcal prefers to go on make-believe safaris through the indoor plants.)
